Inspection/Audits application records and monitors any type of inspections & audits, performed by any established authority or the external & internal auditors.
Main Features
- Inspections (PSC, Flag) and External / Internal audits (ISM, ISPS, ISO, etc) may be recorded.
- For any inspection is defined date, reference, port, authority, inspector, superintendent, Master, Ch. Engineer etc.
- A full description & classification of findings is entered.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis.
- Especially for PSC are defined detention days, if exist, and for each deficiency action code & category.
- Attachment documents, spreadsheets, images to each Inspection/Audit and to each finding.
- The deficiencies is closed by responsible or can be defined to close during next DD. Also can be marked for review purposes.
- Checklists are specified for any type of inspection. The Revision Check List control system keeps all previous versions of any checklist.
- Cumulative Lists of findings of inspections/audits are created automatically and are distributed to the vessels. Replies fromvessels are recorded and any non-compliance is monitoring. All cumulative lists are archived for history purposes.
Monitoring
- Outstanding deficiencies and next schedule of inspections/audits are monitoring for all vessels or a specific fleet, in a combined report.
- Overview of fleet inspections based on multiple criteria such as period, port, inspection type, inspector, expire date etc.
- History of deficiencies based on multiple criteria such as period, port, inspection type, inspector, responsible, type, subtype, due date, etc.
- Latest Inspections (PSC, Flag etc) for every vessel
