Vessel Certificates
The module was designed and developed by Benefit Software in order to cover the needs of management and monitoring Office and Vessel basic Certificates.
Main Features
- Per Item reports for keeping due date, window, extended date, interim as well as Class conditions.
- Presentation of Critical Items’ position (DD, Special surveys, Load Line etc) for whole fleet or a group of Vessels.
- Timeline projection per Vessel based on due date and window.
- Historical keeping of Item’s inspection.
- Grouping of Certificates – Surveys in groups & subgroups.
- Certificates – Surveys are defined as periodical or permanent.
- Simultaneous presentation of number of Certificates with due date in specific periods for the whole fleet or for group of Vessels.
- Extraction of Items and their status in Excel forms.
Advantages
- Follow up of outstanding Certificates - Surveys.
- When the inspection of an Item is registered, the system suggests next due date based on interval as well as window if range is defined.
- The status of all Items for the whole fleet is presented on a screen at the same time.
