Junior IT Engineer
We are looking for a Junior IT Engineer whose principal duties will be:
- IT Infrastructure maintenance (hardware and software)
- End-users’ PCs, Servers, Routers, Switches, OS Updates, Patches etc.
- Deployment of Benefit software products to client servers
- Windows servers administration, SQL Server Setup and administration, network configuration (Firewalls, DNS, AD etc.)
- Support for Benefit Software deployed applications
- Client end users’ remote support for office and vessels installations
- Internal users helpdesk
Desired Skills and Experience
Required Skills
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related subject
- Software knowledge – Windows, Windows Server, Applications, SQL & SQL DB administration
- Hardware knowledge – routers, servers, PCs, printers, networking
- Problem-solving skills
- Native Greek speaker
- Good English speaking and writing skills
Optional Skills
- Linux OS Administration and Management
